God Provides for
Noblesville Christian School
The Executive
& Administrative Boards of Noblesville Christian
School are pleased to announce that NCS has
purchased 8 acres of land located at 6582 E.
171st Street in Noblesville. We are all
thrilled about this provision for God's school!
Both
boards looked at dozens of properties and buildings,
and in the end, this site stood out as an exciting
possibility for the future of NCS. God has been
good to us in bringing the right people to His
school. Thank you to Mike Balay for an exhaustive
search of possible properties and buildings. Thank
you to Ray Adler for providing extensive legal
services for the school. Thank you to Don Perkins
for
being an integral part of this whole process from
beginning to end. Thank you to Brian Bergsma, Jan
Eyster, Will Greenaway, Glenn Hess, Carin Monk, Brad
Roudebush, and Jeannie Watson for giving countless
hours and believing -- even in the valley.
Thank
you to all of YOU who contributed. Your prayers,
positive words, positive thoughts, moral support,
and gifts to God’s school are greatly appreciated,
and they
reaffirm that God will use a group of people to
further His kingdom. God will use us as
individuals, and as a group of like-minded people,
as each of us seeks to find and do His will not only
when it is easy but also when our faith is being
stretched and sacrifice is required.
God
has wondrously provided this property so soon after
the financial miracle He performed for His school
last year. God is good ALL of the time! Please
continue to pray for the school leadership as we
meet to determine the next steps.

GOAL:
Pay off the Community Bank note of $140,000 by April
26, 2008
RATIONALE: Paying off the bank note will
create equity to use toward the down payment on our
first
building. This
provides NCS with a short-term goal while we are
working to design the
first building. The
seller funded the
other half of the selling price at a lower interest
rate,
so paying off the bank note is the most
prudent action
at this time.
