Math 6:
August 30: Return quiz of circular graphs, Assign pg. 34; 2 - 9 all, due Wed.
September 1: Assign Chapter Test in book 2 -19, Assign Quizes A, B, & C, due Friday
September 3: Go over Chapter Test, answer questions, check Quizes from Wed., Pass out practice Test Ch. 1, Test Wednesday
PE / Health:
August 31: September 2: General stretching, exercises, and jogging / walking, developing basic physical fitness.
September 3: Discuss practice test, pass out test for 7th and 8th grade students
Sixth Grade: Discuss Unit 1: Mental and Emotional Health, life skills, decision-making styles, personality/character, confident communication, and discussion of stress managemnet.
Athletic Events:
The girls Volleyball Team won their first match of the season against Baptist Academy 25-18, 20-25,15-7. They well be in action again next Tuesday at Mooresville Christian on Sept. 7.
The Cross Country Team will travel to Bloomington for an Invitational at Lighthouse Christian Academy. Our first home meet will be on September 10 at 5:00 PM around school property.
